Yes! We use organic, non-GMO butters, oils, salts, and botanicals whenever possible. Every ingredient is chosen with intention to nourish, protect, and transform your skin.
Because our body crèmes are made with natural butters (like shea and mango), a bit of texture can form when they experience temperature changes or inconsistencies. This happens when the butters melt slightly in warmer environments and then resolidify at different rates when temperature cools, creating tiny butter crystals (the grit feel). It’s completely natural and doesn’t affect the quality, moisture, or performance of your product.

Our formulas are crafted to be gentle and free from harsh chemicals, parabens, and phthalates. However, since everyone’s skin is unique, we recommend doing a patch test before full use.
Our body butters, oils, and scrubs are anhydrous (water-free), so they don’t require preservatives. We do use natural Vitamin E as an antioxidant to extend shelf life. For products that may require it, we use safe, skin-friendly options.

Yes! BLOOM Signature Skincare is proudly cruelty-free. We never test on animals—only on ourselves, family, and friends who love natural skincare.

Keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Avoid introducing water into jars (especially scrubs and soaks) to prevent clumping or shortening shelf life.
We handcraft products in small batches to ensure freshness. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location.
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
