We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our skincare products are handcrafted, natural, and personal-use items, we have specific return and refund guidelines.
1. All Sales Are Final
- For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have been opened or used.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- You will need to provide:
- Order number
- Photo(s) of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
- We will review the claim and may issue a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.
5. Refunds (if approved)
- If a refund is issued (only for damaged/defective cases), it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges due to the personal-use nature of skincare items.
7. Responsibility for Shipping
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
- Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout.
